Since 1876, our Office has played a vital role in strengthening public trust by providing oversight of government operations to help ensure public resources are managed effectively and responsibly.

Over the decades, our work has evolved to meet the changing needs of Manitobans, embracing new technologies, methodologies, and perspectives to better serve the Legislature and Manitobans.
