COVID-19 Update

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we are committed to the health and well-being of our staff, clients and all Manitobans. As a result, beginning Monday, March 23, our office will be closed to the public for the foreseeable future. During the closure, staff members will work remotely. Appointed in 1876, Alexander Begg was Manitoba’s first Provincial Auditor. Later, the title of this position changed to Comptroller General, then back to Provincial Auditor, and finally to Auditor General in 2002.
